		<description>Why is it a state law that ALL students MUST leave the safety of their homes and come to a school?  Many emotionally upset children feel safer at home.  Were you aware that there are Charter Public schools online?  If this child hate&#039;s being in school so much, perhaps that would be a solution for him.  Now they have the teacher speaking online and the child can see the instructor as well.  It&#039;s the best of both worlds for a child like this...and he can come to school for social events sometimes...to get acclimated.  

Actually try talking with the parents.  You might be able to find a solution for this child without labelling him emotionally ill.</description>
