As a gastric bypass surgery patient, I am prone to constipation. I also take iron and calcium supplements which exacerbate things quite a bit. When I mentioned this to one of my doctor's nurses, she recommended the Fiber Cleanse from Lady Soma products. It was very easy to use; I just take with a glass of water once a day. Most importantly, this stuff works!! I find it's better to take it on a regular basis, rather than waiting to get constipated and then taking it. I feel good taking it every day because I know it is all natural, and it keeps me nice and regular. I’m sure this is TMI, but I’m not the most “regular” gal on the block. I have a 15' incision on my left side . Dr. had to break 4 ribs to reach the aneurism. The hernia prodruted after 3 months later. I have seen a surgeon for eval. and wants to wait until I feel a lot better from my surgery in aug. The hernia is the size of a football. Although I wear a binder daily it continues to grow and is becoming very very uncomfortable. Do you have any suggestions? I am concerned that it may rupture. Any info. would be appreciated.
