		<description>I actually thought for a couple of minutes this was advice on how to treat this ailment today in the 21st century!! lol.  I did find it odd that it was written rather &quot;formally&quot; but when they advised that adults could have laudanum and should take to their beds after taking something to ensure they would have bowel movements I finally caught on!!  

It&#039;s no wonder that so many people died at a young age during this era!</description>
